On the way you might wish to stop the tracking when you stop for a break (press the same button you use for starting the activity), just don’t forget to turn it back on 🤓. This means it has started and it will begin tracking your hike. When you want to set off, press the top right button and it will start the activity (it will display a big green play symbol and make a beep).
